John Engel

John K. Engel, 65, a 32-year resident of Villa Park, died Monday, Feb. 14.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Feb. 17, at Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park. Interment was private.
Mr. Engel is survived by his wife, Nancy; sons, Thomas (Jennifer) and Brian (Tricia); and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Pearl Engel; and brother, Raymond Engel.
Mr. Engel had worked for 24 years at Elmhurst Ford Body Shop, and was involved for many years with Villa Park Youth Baseball.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Wounded Warrior Project would be appreciated.

Catherine Klemme

A memorial service for Catherine M. Klemme, nee Robinson, formerly of Elmhurst, will be held Saturday, Feb. 26, at Grace Lutheran Church in Villa Park. Interment is private at Mt. Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst.
Mrs. Klemme is survived by her children, Jay (Anne Wilson) and Cathy (Mike) Zeiss; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard C.
Mrs. Klemme was a resident of Beacon Hill in Lombard for over 12 years.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Running Strong for American Indian Youth, 2550 Hunting Ave., Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22303, would be appreciated.

Scott Noah

Scott Martin Noah, 47, died Monday, Feb. 21.
Visitation and funeral services are pending.
Mr. Noah is survived by his wife, Peggy; children, Sarah and Teresa; mother, Gloria M.; siblings, MaryJo (Daniel) Fox, Jo Ann Atkinson, Cheryl (Bruce) Carlson, John H. Jr., David E. (Spring), Gloria M. (William) Caton and Mark (Nancy); aunt and uncle, Theresa Boudreau and Joseph (Joan) Boudreau; many nieces and nephews; and brothers- and sisters-in-law, Mike (Debra) Oliva, Tom (Pam) Oliva, David Oliva, Anne Oliva and Jim Oliva.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Willowbrook High School ACT Parents Group or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be appreciated.

Frances Sidor

Frances M. Sidor, nee Rzeszutko, 79, of Lombard, died Sunday, Feb. 20, in Lombard.
Funeral services are being held today, Feb. 23, from Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Road, Lombard, to Mass at St. Alexander Church in Villa Park, with the Rev. Tuan Van Nguyen officiating. Interment is at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice.
Mrs. Sidor is survived by her husband, John; children, Donna, Christine (Dan) Matasek and Pamela; two grandchildren; and brother- and sisters-in-law, Walter (Carolyn), Sophie (Ignatious), Anna, Isabel (Ron), Christine (Marion) and Theresa; and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Sidor was a homemaker.
Masses to be said at St. Alexander would be appreciated.
