Dolores R. Bartlett

Dolores R. Bartlett, nee Paulsen, 77, died Friday, Nov. 16.
Funeral services are being held today, Nov. 21, from Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park, to Mass at St. Joseph Church in Addison. Interment is at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
Mrs. Bartlett is survived by her children, Brenda Elliott, Kathy (Jim) Murphy and Dale; two grandchildren; siblings, Dave (Rose) Paulsen and Mary (Terry) LaFrenz; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert R.; and children, Rhonda and Albert D.

Mary Rose Carlotta

Mary Rose Carlotta, nee Andreuccetti, 69, of Lombard, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, in Bolingbrook.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 20, at Fountain of Life Church in Lombard, with the Rev. John Cross officiating. Interment was at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
Mrs. Carlotta is survived by her children, Lily (Tony) Del Boccio, Lidia (Enzo) Vittore, Linda (Gerardo) Diaz and Paula Marcum; 11 grandchildren; siblings, Joseph (Noemi) and Ilio (Rita) Andreuccetti; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pietro and Ila Andreuccetti.
Mrs. Carlotta was born in Lucca, Italy, and had worked in the office of the U.S. Postal Service. She was a member of Fountain of Life Church.

Genaro Esposito

Funeral services for Genaro Esposito, 89, of Villa Park, were held Saturday, Nov. 17, with prayers from Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park, to Mass at St. Pius X Church in Lombard. Interment was at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
Mr. Esposito is survived by his wife, Barbara; children, Genaro (Carmela) and Laura (David) Delgado; seven grandchildren; sister, Rosalie (the late Anthony) Accardo; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy; and siblings, Christina (Patrick) Lombardo and James (Irene) Esposito.

George Felesena

George D. “Dan” Felesena, 61, of Lombard, died Monday, Nov. 12, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Nov. 15, at Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard. Interment was private.
Mr. Felesena is survived by his wife, Nancy A.; children, Terry (Leigh) and Nicole (Ken) Artman; six grandchildren; siblings, David, Mark (Karla), Mike (Bonnie), Marty (Jeanne) and Cheryl (Marc) Hudgens; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman; and mother, Evelyn Brown.
Mr. Felesena was a 27-year employee of Peters and Associates. He loved woodworking, photography and spending time with his grandchildren.

Dorothy Fischer

Dorothy A. Fischer, nee Triebes, 91, of Lombard, died Saturday, Nov. 17, at Lexington Health Care Center in Lombard.
Funeral services are being held today, Nov. 21, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lombard. Interment is at Glen Oak Cemetery in Hillside.
Mrs. Fischer is survived by her sons, William C. (Diane), Robert G. (Josefina) and John P. (Caryn); six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Tom Storcz; sister-in-law, Elaine Triebes; and was the aunt and great-aunt of many. She was preceded in death by her husband, William H.; daughter, Barbara E. Storcz; and siblings, Wilbert Triebes and Eileen (Duane) Doubler.

Lyle Kaiser

Lyle Kaiser, 94, of Lombard, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, in Lombard.
Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 12, at Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Road, Lombard, with the Rev. Dave Armstrong officiating. Interment was private.
Mr. Kaiser is survived by his children, Bonnie (Walter) Sattler and Darlene Garay; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise; and brother, Clyde (the late Maria) Kaiser.
Mr. Kaiser was director of the Midwest for Defense Contract Administrative Services Region (DCASR), Department of Defense.

Russell Kottke Sr.

Russell A. Kottke Sr., 63, originally of Lombard, died Friday, Nov. 16, in Sugar Grove.
Funeral services are being held today, Nov. 21, at Village Bible Church in Sugar Grove, with the Rev. Keith Duff officiating. Interment is at Sugar Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Kottke is survived by his wife, Linda; children, Russell (Kelly) Kottke Jr., Eric (Sharon) Kottke and Marisa (Chris) Edwards; seven grandchildren; sister, Jeanette (Tim) Anderson; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Marilyn Carellas.
Mr. Kottke was the owner of a vending machine repair business.

Patrick O’Leary

Patrick J. O’Leary, 79, of Lombard, died Monday, Nov. 12, in Lombard.
Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 19, at Christ the King Church in Lombard, with the Rev. John Guiney officiating. Interment was at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
Mr. O’Leary is survived by his wife, Brigid; children, Michael (Michelle), Patrick (Kathy), Mary (Jeff) Shilkaitis, Paul (Colleen) and John (Julie); 15 grandchildren; siblings, Madge, Mary, Eileen and Sr. Francis; many nieces and nephews; and in-laws, Eileen (Edward) Hagen, Mary (Ken) French, Eddie (Nancy), Frank, Ethna and Hannah Duffy. He was preceded in death by brothers, Con and the Rev. Michael.
Mr. O’Leary was born in Kilcummin Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland. He had worked as a store clerk and was a member of the Kerry Association and Gaelic Park.

Lester Prisk Sr.

Lester W. Prisk Sr., 87, of Lombard, died Tuesday, Nov. 13, at Lexington Healthcare in Lombard.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 17, at Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard. Interment was at Assumption Cemetery in Winfield.
Mr. Prisk is survived by his wife, Eleanor; children, Lester W. Jr. (Jacki), Kathleen of Lombard and Kristine (Don) Lay of Villa Park; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Ida Mae Baaske, Robert (Nancy), Fred Prisk and Dorothy Mae (Ed) Stepnowski; sister-in-law, Kathy Prisk; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald.
Mr. Prisk was a resident of Lombard since 1952. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps, having served during World War II as a gunner on a B-17 for over 35 missions, including Central Europe, Ardennes and Rhineland. He was a retired paper salesman and had worked for OK Papers in Franklin Park. He was a member of the American Legion and loved fishing, hunting, model plane building and model trains.

William Wallace

William G. “Bill” Wallace, 65, a longtime resident of Lombard, died Friday, Nov. 16.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 20, with prayers from Brust Funeral Home,135 S. Main St., Lombard, to Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lombard. Interment was private.
Mr. Wallace is survived by his wife, Linda M.; children, Julie (Dennis) Sharkey and Christy (Patrick) Coulter; four grandchildren; siblings, Anne and John “Mike”; and mother-in-law, Jean Hayes. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Ruby; sister, Gertrude; and father-in-law, Jack Hayes.
Mr. Wallace loved his brothers and sisters-in-law and his nieces and nephews. He was a longtime Lombard postal carrier and enjoyed playing golf.
