Jillian B. Graczyk

Funeral services for Jillian B. Graczyk, 22, of Lombard, were held Monday, May 13, at St. Pius X Church in Lombard. Interment was private.
Ms. Graczyk was the daughter of Janet and the late Gerald Graczyk; and sister of Kelly Graczyk and Jeremy Graczyk. She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Graczyk; and grandparents, Ray and Lorraine Koren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Pius X School or your favorite charity would be appreciated.

John H. Green

Funeral services for John H. Green, 78, of Villa Park, were held Tuesday, May 14, at Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Road, Lombard. Interment was at Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery.
Mr. Green was the husband of Marie; father of Robert (Barbara) and Thomas (Brenda) Green; grandfather of four; brother-in-law of Patricia (Francis) Carlson, Catherine (Charles) Rahn and Barbara (Joseph) Liguori; and uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandchildren, John and Jessica Green; and brother, Robert E. Green. 
Mr. Green was a member of Villa Park Lodge No. 1113 A.F.&A.M.

Leona Kolls

Leona Kolls, 101, of Lombard and formerly of Crystal Lake, passed away Monday, May 6, 2013.
Funeral services were held Saturday, May 11, at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Burial was at Crystal Lake Memorial Park in Crystal Lake.
Mrs. Kolls is survived by her children, Robert (Betty Jo) and Kenneth Carl (the late Adeline); former daughter-in-law, Lois Kretsch; her nine grandchildren, her 14 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and many friends from Faith United Methodist Church in Lombard, including the Rev. Roger Pangilinan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Anna (Andriesen) Henning; husband, Otto, whom she married in January 1929; two brothers, Carl and Melvin Henning; her sister, Marie Zimmerman; and great-granddaughter, Gloria Burzynski.
She enjoyed card parties, golf and bowling well into her 90s.

Michael R. Sturm

Visitation for Michael R. Sturm, 78, of Villa Park, is being held today, May 15, at Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park.
Funeral services are being held Thursday, May 16, with prayers from the funeral home to Mass at St. John the Apostle Church in Villa Park. Interment is at St. Michael Cemetery in Wheaton.
Mr. Sturm was the husband of Mary Ann for 56 years; father of Michael (Linda), Cheryl (John) Warren and Kathy (James) Lake; grandfather of nine, great-grandfather of two; and brother of Anne Nelson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Walter Sturm.
