Susan Gorski Fee

Funeral services for Susan Gorski Fee were held Saturday, Oct. 26, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, in Lombard. Interment was at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
Mrs. Fee was the wife of Jim Fee; mother of Daniel Fee; daughter of Dorothy Gorski; sister of Jerome (Diane) Gorski; and aunt of two. She was preceded in death by her father, Thaddeus; and brother, Lawrence Gorski.
Mrs. Fee was a graduate of Northwestern University, Loyola University Chicago, Erikson Institute and Kellogg School of Management.

Nellie Grace Liljestam

Funeral services for Nellie Grace Liljestam, nee Huizinga, 97, of Lombard, were held Thursday, Oct. 24, at Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Road, Lombard. Interment was at Forest Home Cemetery.
Mrs. Liljestam was mother of Grace (Harold) Bade, Linda (Alan) Haan and Joy (Ted Ludlum) Liljestam; grandmother of five; and great-grandmother of eight; She was preceded in death by her husband, Erik A.; siblings, Ellis (the late Carl) Bogenholm, Richard (the late Edna Holdeman) Huizinga and John (the late Cora Bonnema) Huizinga; and brothers-in-law, Ralph and Harry.

Kenneth L. Miller

Visitation for Kenneth L. Miller, 66, of Lombard, will be held Thursday, Oct. 31, at Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Road, Lombard.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 1, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lombard. Interment is at Wheaton Cemetery.
Mr. Miller was the husband of Barbara and formerly of Rosemarie Iozzo; father of Gina (Dave Davidson) Highland and Michelle Miller Malenke; stepfather of Amy (Pete) Retuerto and Adam (Laura) Johnson; son of Ruth Miller; papa and grandpa of 11; brother of Janice (Jim) Osborne and Arsey (Delia) Miller; brother-in-law of Kenneth Kriz; and uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Wendell C.; and Edward Miller and Karen Kriz.
Mr. Miller was a proud employee of Chrysler Motor Corp. for 42 years.

Karen A. Pajak

Karen A. Pajak, nee Levandowski, 67, of Villa Park, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, in Elmhurst.
A memorial visitation was held Saturday, Oct. 26, at Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park. Inurnment was private.
Mrs. Pajak was the wife of Leonard; mother of Jennifer Pajak and Kathleen (Daniel) Marple; sister of Camille (Robert) Pennelle; and sister-in- law of Alice (Ken) Shelton.

Bernard J. Weir

Bernard J. Weir, 82, died Monday, Oct. 28, at his home.
Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 1, at Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 2, with prayers from the funeral home to Mass at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Lombard. Interment will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
Mr. Weir is survived by his wife, Anne M.; daughters, Karen McDonald, Kathleen Rice, Debra (Dan) Kinkade, Jacqueline (Marc) Krefft, Mary Beth Busch and Susan (Brad) Morgan of Lombard; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Mr. Weir was a resident of Lombard 53 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in the Korean War. He was a retired electrician from IBEW Local #9,  a member of St. Pius X Church in Lombard and a member of Villa Park VFW Post #2801.

Jane Ida Williams

Jane Ida Williams, 88, a longtime resident of Lombard, died peacefully on Friday, Oct.25.
A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, Nov. 2, at Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her children, Steven (Marge), James (Marla), Susan Fishburn, Patricia (Roger) Ford and Constance Williams; sister, Nancy Miller; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Jack.  
Mrs. Williams was born in Newburgh, N.Y., in 1925. She and her family moved to Illinois in 1960 and she was a Lombard resident for the last 47 years.
