Norene Andrews

Norene T. Andrews-Storer, 94, of Oak Park, died Monday, April 28, at Gottlieb Hospital.
An interment service was held Friday, May 2, at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
Mrs. Andrews was the wife of the late Wilfred Andrews and George Storer; mother of Patricia Esposito, Deborah (Patrick) Kuhr, Loretta (Roy) Kohl and the late William J. Andrews; grandmother of seven; and great- grandmother of eight.

Arnhild Kerzan

Arnhild K. Kerzan, nee Williksen, 90, of Lombard, died Monday, April 28, in Downers Grove.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 2, at Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park. Interment was held Saturday, May 3, at St. Mary’s Cemetery, DePue, Ill.
Mrs. Kerzan was the wife of the late John A.; mother of John Jr. (Dallas) and Andrea (Bob) Langsfeld; grandmother of four; sister of the late Aage (Helen) and Ingvar Williksen; and aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Jay Oppenheimer

Aug. 7, 1960 - May 1, 2014. Jay died in hospice ushered lovingly by his daughter, Jessica; his brothers, Mark and Neil; and a cadre of loving and devoted friends. Jay is survived by his father, Edward; daughter, Jessica; grandson, Jaylen; nephews, Eric and Maxwell; the teachers and the entire student body at his beloved Glenbard East High School.
Memorial: Wednesday, May 7, 5 p.m., Glenbard East High School, 1014 S. Main St. Lombard, IL 60148.

Julianne Raudabaugh

Julianne Raudabaugh, nee Porebski, 94, of Villa Park, died Monday, April 28, in Villa Park.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 2, at Community Congregational Church in Villa Park. Interment is at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at a later date.
Mrs. Raudabaugh was the wife of the late Robert; mother of Randy (Mary), Gary (Luane), Darlene (Patrick Farrel) Raudabaugh, Bobbi (Harvey) Ehlers and Ron (Carol); grandmother of 11; great-grandmother of six; sister of the late Matthew Porebski and Helen Popko; and aunt and great-aunt of many.

Blanche Steuerle

Blanche Steuerle, 88, of Sarasota, formerly of Villa Park, Ill., died peacefully at home with her children by her side on April 26, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Louis; and two children, Mary Bortz and John Steuerle. She was a loving Mimi to one grandchild, Michael Andrew Malcolm.
Blanche was the younger of two children of parents Hilda (McWilliams) and Charles Trageser. Growing up in Villa Park, she married Louis in 1947 and together they owned and operated Steuerle Funeral Home in Villa Park. They retired in 1969 and moved to Sarasota.
Retirement found them traveling worldwide, often accompanied by their only grandchild Michael. She was a talented artist and leaves behind happy memories for those who were fortunate to know her.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 8, 2014, at Sarasota National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests you call an old friend and invite them to lunch. Enjoy one another.
