Kevin Patrick Blayney

Kevin Patrick Blayney, 59 years, a lifelong resident of Lombard, passed from this life into eternal life to be with his wife Susan on Nov. 13.
The Memorial Visitation will be held at Brust Funeral Home in Lombard Friday, Nov. 20, from 3-8 p.m., with a Memorial Service honoring his life at 7 p.m.
Kevin is survived by five children and a niece he raised like a daughter, Kerri, Nathan, Kevin Jr., Angela, Ryan and Maureen (niece); and eight grandchildren, Austin, James, Michael, Angelina, Gulianna, Aniya, Kevin III and Lukas.
Kevin was born July 22, 1956, to Mitchel P. and Mercedes T. (O’Leary) Blayney. Kevin was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Blayney; stepfather, James Vance; and sister, Barbara Vance. He graduated from Glenbard East High School in 1975.
Kevin carried on the family business of roofing and ran his own roofing company for over 39 years in the Lombard area. He was the life of every party and often introduced himself to others as “Kevin from Heaven.” Kevin enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, meeting new people, throwing parties where everyone was invited and giving to others.

Dorothy G. Dahlgren

Dorothy G. Dahlgren, age 99, of Lombard, died Monday, Nov. 16, at Brookfield British Home, Brookfield, Ill.
Visitation and funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 27, with visitation from 9 a.m. to time of service at 11 a.m. at Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard. Interment is private at Ridgewood Cemetery, Des Plaines, Ill.

Joanne H. Kundrot

Joanne H. Kundrot (nee Jacobi), age 78, formerly of Galena, Mo., and Lombard, Ill., died peacefully Nov.11, 2015.
Devoted wife of Charles J. Jr.; loving mother of David (Joelyn), Diane (Steve) Ruhbeck, Jackie (Jerry) Marlow, Andy and Karen Minor; grandmother of 10, great grandmother of four; sister of John (Sue) Jacobi. She was preceded in death by her son, Charles III; her parents, Harry and Helen Jacobi; and sisters, Nancy Jacobi and Barbara (Ted) Nowicki.
Services are private.
