Thomas E. Brown, age 85, of Lombard, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 6.

Margaret Cerasani

 

Margaret “Peggy” Cerasani, of Oregon, Illinois, formerly of Lombard, died Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016, in her home after a long illness.

Peggy was born in Elmhurst, the daughter of Russell and Alexia (Brown) Gray. She graduated, in the class of 1968, from Glenbard East High School. She married David Cerasani in 1970 in Lombard. Peggy raised two children, Joseph and Jennifer, and then worked at the Byron Station for Exelon Nuclear Corp. She enjoyed gardening, plants and flowers. Peggy was a great mom, wife, grandmother, aunt and sister.

Survivors include her husband, Dave; son Joe and his wife Lisa; grandkids, Kaylee, Krista, Kamille and Zachary; sister, Bonnie and her husband Bruce and their family; and many dear friends. Peg was preceded in death by her parents and her wonderful daughter Jennifer.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016, with visitation from 1-4 p.m., concluding with a service at 4 p.m. in the Farrell-Holland-Gale Funeral Home (www.farrellhollandgale.com), 110 S. 7th St., Oregon.

Joseph Patrick Gilles, 69, of Lombard, passed away on Dec. 5.

Beloved husband of 46 years to Frances, nee Hawkinson; loving father of Joseph E., Peter (Lisa), Timothy (Elyse), Theresa Gilles, Roseann (Matt) Marotz and the late Michelle Marie Gilles; dear grandfather of Matthew, Elisebeth, Lillie, Charlie, Courtney and Bethany; fond brother of William (Kathy) and Michael (Linda), dear brother-in-law of Jean, Mary and Annise (the late Donald) Hawkinson; uncle and great uncle of many.

Michael Joseph Sullivan, age 81, of Villa Park and Sarasota, Florida, died Dec. 10, 2016.
