Betty Ranieri

 

Betty L. Ranieri, age 87, of Villa Park, Ill., passed away on Sunday, June 26.

A memorial service was held Friday, July 1, at Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park, IL 60181. Interment was private.

Memorials to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.

 

Lauro ‘Ed’ Ruiz

 

Lauro “Ed” Ruiz, age 88, of Lombard 45 years, died June 29 at Lexington Health Care, Lombard.

Funeral services are being held today, July 6, with prayers at 9:30 a.m. from Brust Funeral Home to Sacred Heart Church, Lombard, for a 10 a.m. Mass. Interment is at St. Joseph Cemetery, River Grove, Ill.

Mr. Ruiz is the beloved husband of Jovita “Jo,” nee Gonzalez. Loving brother of Frank (Terry) Ruiz, Flo (Hope) Ruiz, Hector (Sharon) Ruiz and George (Barbara) Ruiz. Dear uncle and great-uncle of many.

Mr. Ruiz was preceded in death by one brother and four sisters.

Mr. Ruiz was a former square dancer. He belonged to the Lunch Bunch Bowlers and enjoyed fishing.
