Patricia L. Fleischman

 

Patricia L. Fleischman, nee Shea, age 83, of Carol Stream, formerly of Lombard, died July 11 at Central DuPage Hospital.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 17, at Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard. Interment private.

Patricia is survived by her dear husband, Ralph T; her loving children, Linda (Stephen) Czyz of Elk Grove, Ralph T. (Deborah) Jr. of West Chicago, Mark (Teresa) of Oak Park and Karen F. of Warrenville; 7 grandchildren, Kristen (Jeff) Allen of Winfield, Kelly (Chris) Johnson of Lakemore, Ryan T. Arnold of Wisconsin, Kisa (Patrick) Cullen of Brookfield, Sara F. of Chicago, Eric F. of Chicago, Nina F. of Oak Park; 2 great-grandsons, Clark and Dean; and her brother, Timothy Shea of West Chicago.

Patricia had been married for 62 years. She lived for 15 years in Carol Stream, and had previously lived in Lombard for over 45 years. She was a graduate of York High School and worked at West Suburban Bank as a Land Trust Officer. Patricia was a bowler and golfer. She liked antiques and collected R. S. Prussia porcelain.

Henrietta "Jay" Forbes, age 83, of Elmhurst, passed away on July 15, 2018.

Charlotte L. Millett

 

Charlotte L. Millett, nee Becker, age 96, lifelong resident of Lombard, died Tuesday, July 10, at Lexington Health Care, Lombard.

Funeral Service was Saturday, July 14, at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 215 S. Lincoln, Lombard. Interment was at Elmlawn Cemetery, Elmhurst.

Mrs. Millett is survived by her children, Andrew Patrick Millett of Lombard, Michael James (Mary) Millett of Lombard and Mark William (Maribeth) Millett of Lombard; her cherished grandchildren, John Franklin Millett of Lombard, Jacqueline Marie (John) Jubeck of Rockford, Erin Elizabeth Millett of Lombard and Kathleen Siobhan Millett of Lombard; dear great-grandchildren, Dylan Patrick Jubeck and Lucille Mauve Jubeck; her cousin, Esther Mosher of Naperville; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives,  and many friends.

Mrs. Millett was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew F.; and her three sisters, Loretta Ramey, Jane Nachreiner and Alma Dubrovin.

Mrs. Millett was a lifelong resident of Lombard and a 1939 graduate of Glenbard (West) High School. She was the Owner of Loretta’s Beauty Parlor on Main Street in Lombard from 1960 to 1970 and worked there until 2010.  Charlotte had worked for Brust Funeral Home as a Hairdresser from the 1970s until 2010.

Mrs. Millett was a lifelong member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lombard and a graduate of St. John’s Grade School. She was baptized, confirmed and married at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and she was a member of the Mary-Martha Guild.  She was a member of the Lombard Woman’s Club.

Beloved wife of the late Donald; loving mother of Joseph (Camala) Mueller, William Mueller (Sandi Salyer) and Thomas (Katie) Mueller; devoted grandmother of Matthew, Andrew, MaryErin, Kathleen, JoEllen, Susannah, Rachel, Maura, Lance and Johnathan; fond sister of William (Patricia) Maher; aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Member of Council of Catholic Women and St. Pius X Catholic Church.
